ASBURY PARK, NJ–Sept. 9, 2024: Save the East Coast, Inc., a New Jersey-based nonprofit ocean advocacy group, announces its endorsement of Billy Prempeh for NJ’s Ninth Congressional District. As a candidate for NJ’s 9th CD, Billy is determined to halt the burden of high-cost energy the Green New Deal intends to impose on constituents while helping to preserve our state’s marine life, coastline, fishing and tourism industries.
“Just like most wasteful and bloated government projects, we the people will be stuck paying the bill,” said Prempeh. “These projects will cost billions of dollars and have already started to raise the cost of electricity. This affects hardworking families everywhere and, added to current inflation, we simply cannot afford any more strain on our family budgets.”
